|
Incoming Materials Inspection, In-process Inspection & Final inspection of the products related to Steel Center
|
||||||
|
Monitoring Welders Performance, Conducting Welders Qualification Test & Qualifying the Welding Procedures
|
||||||
|
Understanding Tech. drawings & instructions. Inspection of Fabricated, Flood Coated & Spray Painted Items
|
||||||
|
Leak Test Analysis & maintaining the records
|
||||||
|
Maintaining different Painting procedures & ensuring paint application as per requirements
|
||||||
|
Conducting NDT, Pressure & Vacuum Tests as per PDI requirement (For Internal & Customer Inspection)
|
||||||
|
Complying with ISO requirements (QMS / EMS) & familiar on Standard Safety requirements
|
||||||
| work experience requirements: | ||||||
|
Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance / Production in a reputed firm engaged with fabrication of Tanks, Vessels, LV Panels & Enclosures etc. SAUDI ARAMCO CERTIFIED is preferred.
|
||||||
|
Experience in Welding Technology.
|
||||||
| knowledge, skills and abilities: | ||||||
|
Conversant with various welding processes for Steel Structures / Fabrication activities, Quality Assurance, Inspections, Testing and International Codes & Standards (eg AWS, ASME / ASTM & ARAMCO Standards)
|
||||||
|
Sound knowledge of welding procedures & associated materials. Basic computer knowledge & reporting skills
|
||||||
|
Ability to follow NDT Testing Methods in welding inspections. Preparations of WPS / approval of PQR and job specific procedures requirements
|
||||||
| MINIMUM education requirements: | ||||||
|
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
